Please review this information before submitting your application.
What you submit
Our online application collects your contact and address information, position and availability, desired pay, work eligibility, previous employment, education, professional references, optional military service information, background-check willingness, typed signature and application dates. Do not submit Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking details or identity documents.
Where it goes
When you select Submit application, the website sends your answers through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to tmack@stopgotrafficcontrol.com for employment review. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Stop & Go’s email system retains the received application.
The website keeps a confirmation identifier, submission attempt status, submission time and hashed request information to help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Records older than seven days are removed when a later application is processed. It does not store the text of your application in its database. A completed PDF is encrypted in your browser and stored in the website’s private file storage. The decryption key is included only in the private copy link sent by email and shown in your confirmation. Anyone with that complete link can open the PDF. Stop & Go retains these encrypted application copies for its hiring records until deletion is requested and completed; contact the office about retention or deletion. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information to operate their services.
How we use your information
Stop & Go uses your application to evaluate employment interest and contact you about opportunities. Submission does not guarantee employment. We do not publish your application on the website.
Delivery and corrections
A confirmation means the delivery service accepted your application for email delivery. If you do not see a confirmation, contact the office before submitting again. To correct your application or ask about retention or deletion, contact us using the details below.
